Quality & environment – our priorities
ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION
In order to guarantee ourselves and our customers a state-of-the-art production cycle, since 2001 we have had our quality system certified in accordance with the ISO standard required, first in its 9002:1994 version, and then in the subsequent updated editions, namely UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and the current UNI EN ISO 9001:2015. The ‘Quality Policy’ we have adopted oversees all operational areas of the company, from the administrative area to the commercial and production one, through to environmental and safety practices and issues. The dimensional control, which is performed with no distinction on all articles produced, is carried out by enhancing sampling, precision and accuracy according to the critical nature of the product’s execution or its post-production use.
SAMPLING, PRECISION and ACCURACY
Furthermore, measuring instruments that are regularly calibrated according to the strictest rules of classical metrology are used for inspections, with the help of specialised labs and SIT (Servizio Italiano di Taratura – Italian Calibration Service) accredited external laboratories.
As an additional guarantee of our commitment, we systematically record and digitally store the metric data collected during production, with the dual purpose of carrying out subsequent checks and analyses aimed at improving productivity and product technology on the one hand, and analysing the causes that generate non-conformities and proceeding with their permanent correction or elimination on the other hand.
ISO 9001:2015 QUALITY CERTIFICATION
For several years now, our turning company has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 quality certification, which is renewed and updated every time, demonstrating our attention to detail and the sub-contracted manufacturing system adopted. An additional guarantee for those who turn to us and want to be sure they have found the ideal partner for their needs.
CONSTANT MONITORING, PREVENTION AND SAFETY
In order to comply fully and unconditionally with the current environmental legislation, Torneria Essezeta continuously monitors gas emissions into the environment, in order to ensure that they are always below the allowed limits. We are also committed to conducting yearly studies and improvement plans aimed at reducing our environmental impact. In order to drastically limit the risks associated with work activities, all staff members in the various departments are kept up-to-date on prevention and safety issues at work: thanks to continuous training both within the company and at government-authorised centres, we are able to ensure the most comfortable working environment, in line with the latest regulations.
